The Snowy Owl Inn is the perfect destination for your next business function, family reunion, quilt retreat, or intimate wedding ceremony. We have done functions as small as 15 person meetings with a coffee break to 5 day corporate retreats with meals & meetings for 125 people. We are happy to help with your itinerary and team building ideas.

Our spacious lobby atrium, with its natural wood and three-story fieldstone fireplace highlight the award winning architecture of the building. In addition we have several smaller lobbies located throughout the Inn, each with fireplaces for smaller casual meetings or break out workshops. We have three rooms for conferences and retreats and can tailor the setup to what you need. The inn can provide the following for use during your conference: Podium with microphone, DVD player, Wi-Fi, projector, easel with flip charts and markers. Any special requests, please let us know!

To make it a full conference, you need activities! Along with your itinerary, save time for skiing in the winter and our endless list of summer activities.

In addition to sharing the Valley activities, we can also cook for you! Chef George is on site and can prepare anything from pizza parties to elegant lobster dinners. We can cater your entire event in house as well as provide bar services, coffee & snacks or that capstone banquet that sets your event apart. Rely on the expertise of our professional staff to assist you in planning corporate meetings, seminars and social gatherings. From catered banquet dinners to fully equipped function rooms, the staff are at your service to insure a successful and memorable event. All functions are tailored to meet our clients' needs.
