Snowy Owl Inn - Covid 19 Policies
Thank you for choosing to stay at The Snowy Owl Inn. We would like to let you know what we have been doing so you can feel safe and comfortable during your stay. We also want to let you know what the expectations will be during your stay here.
As guidance changes we will update our policies and procedures. If you have questions about current practice, please call us. We are committed to providing the safest service possible during your stay. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Entering/Exiting the building: There will be one door designated for entering the building and another door for exiting the building. One-way traffic flow is optimal.
Front Desk: We have installed a sneeze barrier at the front desk. There is hand sanitizer at the front desk. There will be marks on the floor to practice social distancing.
Check-In/Out: We ask that only one person of the party check in at the front desk. Pursuant to the Governor of New Hampshire’s opening guidance for Emergency Order 27, all registered guests must attest that they are exhibiting no symptoms of COVID-19. New England residents will only need to bring their drivers license to check in for proof of residency. For guests from other states, you must sign a document attesting that all the person(s) staying at the facility remained at a home for at least 14 days, only going out for essential items while wearing face masks when within less than 6 feet of another person during this 14 day “quarantine”. Masks: All staff are required to wear masks or fabric face coverings at all times. Guests are also encouraged to wear face coverings at all times when they are outside of their guest rooms.
Social Distancing: All staff and guests are required to stay at least 6 feet away from others.
Common Areas: All common areas now open, but subject to social distancing requirements. Please do not congregate in the lobbies in groups larger than 8 persons, and try to spread out, making use of the multiple lobbies around the building.
Amenities: Inn amenities to include the pool, fitness room, and saunas are now open, but are subject to occupancy restrictions and social distancing guidelines.
Elevator: There is to be only one person on the elevator at a time unless they are within the same family group or domiciled together. Please practice social distancing while waiting for the elevator.
Food Service: Our morning breakfast service has been converted to a “Grab ‘n Go” format. Please help us all social distance by not congregating around the serving station, or in the hotel lobbies. Bring your breakfast back to your room to enjoy, or think about eating outside.
Maid Service: We will clean and sanitize each guest room before and after each use. For now, daily maid service while you are in the room has been suspended. If you need a towel swap or a trash pickup, arrangements can be made with the front desk.
Room Assignments: Rooms will be offered and assigned so as to limit guest contact, while also satisfying occupancy requirements. As such you may be assigned a different room than booked, taking into account bedding needs.
