As some of you may already know, this is an exciting time for the Snowy Owl Inn. In just the past few weeks, I have taken an ownership position in the Inn and am now acting as the General Manager and living here on site year round. I come from the hospitality business, recently owning and operating the Highland Lake Inn in East Andover, New Hampshire for the past five years, and before that serving as a Vice President and General Manager for a concrete products manufacturing organization located in the Midwest.

While the new ownership will undoubtedly bring some small changes, we hope to change for the better. And don’t worry; we intend to build on what has made the Inn successful to this point, meaning that we will continue to be the family friendly, comfortable and homey accommodations we have always been. If you have been with us recently, come see us again soon. If you have been away for some time, we hope you will consider giving us another try in the future. The staff and I look forward to making your stay a relaxing and enjoyable one!

There have been other changes too. On July 18th we went live with a new on-line booking engine that will give each of you real time access to our rooms, rates, and availability information with just a few clicks of the mouse, 24 hours a day - 365 days a year. Through this new engine you can book securely on-line and check and modify existing reservations with just a few key strokes. Of course we will always be here to answer the phone and assist with your special needs or questions. Don’t hesitate to call, but accurate information in a real time setting might be all you need late at night.
