Our Chef George

We have George Dascoulias to serve as head chef and food & beverage manager for the Inn. Chef George has had a long career in the food service industry. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and for the last 33 years has been the chef/owner of Mr. D’s Restaurant in Franklin, NH. He has worked at the Pleasant Valley Country Club in Sutton, Massachusetts, the Sheraton Lincoln in Worcester, Massachusetts and the Key Bridge Marriot outside of Washington D.C.
