Reservations Policy

Children 12 and under stay free in parent's room. Additional $15 per night plus tax for over 2 adults in room (with the exception of lofts and suites - 4 people in room).

*There is a $15 plus tax non-refundable dog deposit per dog per night when booking dog friendly rooms.

*Rates include Summer Unlimited Passes (2 passes for all rooms except for lofts and the fireside suite which include 4 passes). Additional passes available. Please call for pricing.

*All rooms subject to an 9% NH rooms and meals tax and 15% Resort Fee.

*Minimum stay requirements may be adjusted due to availability.

**You may cancel your reservation up to 15 days prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations between 15 and 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of the deposit and CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 7 DAYS WILL FORFEIT THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT RECEIVED
